x=4 is it correct i thought it would be x=2 please explain if i am wrong.

Question:
The ratio of the height of a room to the sum of the length and breadth of the room is 4 : 7. It costs ₹520 to cover the walls of the room with paper 75cm wide at ₹2 per meter by allowing an area of ₹29 sq.m. for doors and windows. Find the height of the room?
Options:
A) 6 m
B) 8 m
C) 10 m
D) 12 m
E) None of these
Solution:

Length of the paper = 520/2 = 260m

Area of the paper = width of the paper × length of the paper

= 75/100 × 260

= 195 sq.m

Given that,

⇒ h : (l + b) = 4 : 7

i.e., h = 4x and l + b = 7x

{we know that

Area of the four walls = 2h(l + b)

As per the question,

Area of the four walls = 195 + 29 = 224 sq.m

So that,

⇒2h(l + b) = 224

⇒2 × 4x× 7x = 224

⇒x = 2

Height of the room = 4 × 2 = 8 m
