in the solution, it is clearly shown quant 1 is less than quant 2

Question:
A alone can do a piece of work in 6 days and B alone in 12 days.

Quantity I - If efficiency of A increases by 50% then time taken by A will be.

Quantity II - If efficiency of B decreases by 25% then time taken by B will be.

Options:
A) Quantity I > Quantity II
B) Quantity I < Quantity II
C) Quantity I ≥ Quantity II
D) Quantity I ≤ Quantity II
E) Quantity I = Quantity II or the relation can’t be determined
Solution:
Quantity I = If efficiency of A increases by 50% then A can do a work in 4 days

 = \(\frac{600}{150}\) = 4 days

Quantity II =  If efficiency of B decreases by 25% then B can do a work in 16 days

 = \(\frac{1200}{75}\) = 16 days
