So Required numerical value=(a−2c)/(b−2d)=(2c−2c)/(b−2d)=(0)/(b−2d)=0
From statement II,
a/c=b/d=1/2
or, c/d=a/b=1/2
so, Required numerical Value = (a−2c)/(b−2d)={(a−2c)/2}/{(b−2d)/2}=c/d=12
Hence, Both the statement alone sufficient to answer the question.
