(i) P: The sales volume (in tonnes) of the company in the respective market (Rural and Urban) for the year 2005.


(ii) Q: The percentage change in the sales volume of the company from 2005 to 2006 in the respective  market. 


(iii) R: Total revenue of the company (in Rs.millions) in the respective market (Rural and Urban) for the year 2006.


(iv) In any market, a company X is said to be more active than another company Yin any year in which both the sales volume of X in that market and the percentage increase (from 2005 to 2006) in sales volume of X in that market are more than the respective values of Y. In this case, Y is said to be less active than X.


(v) In any year, a company is said to be a “Active player” of a certain market if no other company in that market is more active than it in that year.


(vi) In any year, a company is said to be a “Dull player” of a certain market, if it is not more active than any other company in that market in that year.
