ans is E none of these bcz either 3 0r 4 follows but there is no option is there and rest other r all not follows

Question:

DIRECTIONS : In the question below, there are few statements followed by few conclusions. You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts and then decide which of the given conclusion logically follow(s) from the given statements. 

Statements:

Some books are helmets.                                          

Only copies are helmets.

               
Conclusions :

I. Some books are copies.                                         

II. All helmets are copies.

III. All copies are helmets.                                         

IV.Some copies are not helmets.

Options:
A) I and II follow.
B) II and III follow.
C) I and IV follow.
D) I, II and either III or IV follow.
E) None of these

if only = all
then only copies are helmets becomes
some helmets are copies

Statements:
Some books are helmets.
Only copies are helmets.(All helmets are copies)

Conclusions :
I. Some books are copies.(Follows because Some books are helmets and All helmets are copies )
II. All helmets are copies. (Follows because it is obvious from second statement)
III. All copies are helmets.(Making contradiction with Conclusion IV)
IV.Some copies are not helmets.(Making contradiction with Conclusion III)

Hence. Conclusion I, Conclusion II and Either Conclusion III or Conclusion IV follow. :)
