The sentence is in past tense...as she had already read the books which are on the shelf..

so A is also incorrect...in place of 'she has already' ---> 'she had already' to be used.

the given option option is also correct, but there is also error in the A.

Please correcct me if i am wrong

Thanks

Question:
DIRECTIONS: In the following question, some part of the sentence may have errors. Find out which part of the sentence has an error and select the appropriate option. If a sentence is free from error, select 'No Error'.
She has already read a few books that are on the bookshelf.
Options:
A) She has already
B) No error
C) read a few books that
D) are on the bookshelf
Solution:
Change ‘read a few books’ into ‘read the few books’. The article ‘the’ should be used as the sentence talks about the books that are on the bookshelf.

Thus, option C is correct.
