refer = to mention or talk about somebody (ullekh karna)
allude = to refer indirectly ex. She sometimes alluded to a feeling that she was to blame.
elude (t.v.) = to manage to avoid caught ( pakde jane se bach nikalna)
no preposition ex. The suspect eluded the police.
allure = n - the quality of being attractive, attractiveness
v - to attract
