From the academic session of 2024, the admissions to undergraduate courses at Delhi University are solely based on Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET) scores.
Earlier, the university provided admissions based on the merit score obtained in class 12 board exams. The University of Delhi has published specific criteria everyone must satisfy to be eligible for admission.

Delhi University Eligibility Criteria after CUET 2024
Appearing for the NTA CUET exam is the only way to enter Delhi University and its affiliated colleges. As per the new admission process, the best of four marks policy has been replaced by the best CUET score for DU admissions.
As said above, the eligibility criteria vary for each program. Hence, knowing the required eligibility for a particular course at DU is essential.

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B.Sc. (Hons.) Anthropology and Biological Sciences
Before proceeding with the CUET application form, you must check the required eligibility criteria for admission to Delhi University.
To get admission to the B.Sc. (Hons.) Anthropology program, you must have chosen any one language paper from section 1A and three mandatory domain subjects that includePhysics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biological Studies/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry in the CUET entrance exam.
You must have obtained a minimum of 30% score in any one language from section 1A in CUET.
The merit list is prepared based on the CUET scores obtained from the combination of three subjects in the domain-specific test.
CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B.Sc. (Hons.) Botany, B.Sc. (Hons.) Zoology and B.Sc. (Hons.) Biomedical Science
You must have appeared in three domain subjects, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biological Studies/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry.
You must have scored a minimum of 30% in any one language from section 1A in the exam.
Delhi University Eligibility Criteria 2024 for B.Sc. (Hons.) Biochemistry
According to the eligibility criteria for CUET, you must have appeared for three domain-specific subjects, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (or) physics, chemistry, and Mathematics, in the entrance exam to be eligible for the B.Sc. (Hons.) Biochemistry admission process.
You must have obtained a minimum of 30% score in any one language paper out of 13 language papers from section 1A in the NTA CUET exam.
