Reduced from 3 years to 1 year.

Trainee Judicial Officers
Selected candidates complete 1 year of training at the State Judicial Academy, plus 6 months' clerkship under a District Judge and 6 months under a sitting High Court judge.

Who stays eligible
Candidates appearing in exams notified between 20 May 2025 and 31 March 2027 remain eligible regardless of prior practice.
