Importance of NTA CUET 2022

A large proportion of Central Universities currently admits students on the basis of class 12 marks. The concern with the merit system is that different boards have different scoring systems. This makes the process of admission uneven in terms of opportunity and demographics, so the exam was introduced to reduce the high cut-off standards for entering these prestigious colleges.

  • The computer-based common entrance assessment to be administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) will be compulsory for admission to all participating central universities.
  • Instead of appearing for multiple entrance tests, you can now focus on a single aptitude test to get admission to top universities like JNU, DU, BHU, etc.
