As per the change in the pattern of the CLAT Exam in 2020, the mathematics section was called Quantitative Techniques. Before 2020, all law entrance exams including CLAT had only Quantitative Aptitude.
In other exams, the Mathematics section includes both aptitude and basic maths. In SLAT Exam, this section is known as Basic Mathematics as it includes questions from basic maths.

The question paper pattern and marking scheme of every law entrance exam shall vary. In all the law entrance exams, subjects are common like Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Mathematics, General Knowledge, and English.
You can expect around 10-13 questions from this section.
