The salary of a Gujarat High Court Civil Judge ranges between Rs. 27,700 - Rs. 44,850 per month. Apart from PCS J Salary, the civil judge can get many other allowances and perks, as mentioned below:

Fees of the Gujarat High Court Civil Judge Exam depend on the category you belong to. If you belong to the general classification, you must pay Rs.1,000 and other bank charges for the exam.
The application fee is Rs. 500 if you belong to a scheduled tribe, scheduled caste, physically disabled person, educationally or socially backward classes, veterans, etc.

A call letter is a mandatory thing you must carry to the exam hall without fail. Gujarat Judicial Services Commission will release the admit card two weeks before the exam.

According to the Judiciary Exam Pattern, there are three stages in the Gujarat Civil Judge post-selection process: prelims, mains, and interview/viva-voce.

The Preliminary Examination of the Gujarat Judiciary will be objective.
- Prelims question paper 1 consists of 100 questions, and each question carries one mark.
- There is a negative marking of 0.33 for each wrongly answered question.
- The duration of prelim paper 1 is 2 hours.
- You must score a minimum of 50% marks in the prelims exam to get shortlisted for the mains examination.
- Prelims question paper 2 consists of 50 questions.
- The duration of the prelim's paper 2 is half an hour.
The Gujarat Judiciary mains examination consists of two papers:
Papers 1 and 2 shall carry 100 marks each, and the duration is 3 hours.
You can take papers one and two either in English or Gujarati. You have to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the mains exam to get shortlisted for the viva-voce.
The viva-voce shall carry 50 marks.
