Gujarat High Court will soon start the online registration process for the Gujarat Judicial Services Examination to fill approximately 212 Civil Judge posts in the Gujarat Civil Service (Judicial Branch).

As per the latest notice published by the Gujarat High Court, the official recruitment notification for the Gujarat Judiciary Exam 2023 will be released in the second week of March 2023.

How to Fill Gujarat Judiciary Registration Form 2023?

This is a common query that most students post about. However, it is not about filling out the form; it is about filling out the online form without any mistakes.

Before proceeding with the online form, you must ensure that you meet all the Gujarat Judiciary Eligibility Criteria set by the exam conducting body.

No one wants a form of rejection just because of a small mistake. So, here we have provided step-by-step instructions to fill out the Gujarat High Court particular civil application form correctly:

  • The initial step is online registration. You can register for the exam by clicking on the link present on the official website.
  • Once you click the link, the required fields to enter shall appear on the screen.
  • You need to enter a registered mobile number and all the required details.
  • Once you click the "save" button, your application number shall appear in the new window.
  • Now, re-login to the portal using your application number and date of birth and upload your signature and photograph.
  • Before final submission, you can preview the online form by clicking on the "Edit Application" icon.
  • Once you click on the "confirm application" button, you can not change the registration form.
  • After clicking on the confirmation icon, you will receive an SMS to your registered mobile number.
  • The final step is fee payment, which can be done online or offline as per your choice. Keep the fee receipt for your reference to avoid any discrepancies in the future.
  • Please print the application form on A4 size paper and save it for future reference.

Gujarat Judiciary Application Fee 2023

As mentioned above, you can pay the application fee online or offline. Once you pay the application fee, it shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.

The online method includes credit/debit/Net Banking, whereas the offline mode is e-challan. The application fee varies for different categories.

Online Mode Payment

You can pay the application fee using a debit/credit card/Net Banking. Bank transaction charges shall differ depending on the payment option you have chosen.

  • Card mode: Select the card type-debit or credit card. Then enter the debit/credit card details, including card number, expiry date, and CVV number.
  • Net Banking Mode: Select the preferred bank you want to make the payment, enter the Net Banking user ID & password, and complete the transaction online.

Offline Mode Payment

If the offline payment mode is selected, you need to take the printout of the e-challan and pay the requisite fees at any of the SBI branches.

It is advisable to preserve the copy of the e-challan till the conclusion of the recruitment process. 

The exam conducting body will consider the Gujarat Judiciary application form valid only after you pay the required examination fee in the State Bank of India through SBI e-pay before the due date.

You are advised to keep the following documents handy before proceeding with the Gujarat Judicial Services Application Form:

  • Valid mobile number 
  • Scanned photo
  • Scanned signature
  • Class 10 and 12 marks sheet
  • Graduation marks sheet
  • Debit card/credit card for making payment
  • Date of birth certificate
  • Sanad issued by the Bar Council of the State
