Brief Overview:

The difficulty of the overall paper was moderate. Unlike the previous year, there weren't a lot of direct, indexed-based questions. The questions were tricky and complex and a lot of questions were from landmark judgments. The difficulty was higher than the Jharkhand Judiciary Prelims 2019. 80+ questions is a good number of attempts.

The official answer key is awaited. The answer key will be released by the Jharkhand Judiciary Public Service Commission. There were 10-12 indirect and fact/concept based in the questions paper. Any aspirant who have read the bare acts thoroughly then it will be easy for them to clear the Prelims examination. The questions were from major acts and concept based and section number based. The questions from minor laws were comparatively easy.
