The Prelims exam consists of two papers, the first paper will contain questions regarding General Studies and the second paper will contain questions regarding Law. Both papers will be an objective type, Multiple Choice Questions based exams.

Bihar higher Judiciary exam Mains consists of two parts: Compulsory Paper and Optional Paper.
