The CUET exam has 3 significant phases which require your documents for identification. These include:

Documents required for CUET Registration 2025

These are essential documents for CUET registration: 

• The recent photograph should be either in colour or black and white, with 80% of the face (without mask) visible, including ears, against a white background.
• The scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format (clearly visible).
• The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly visible).
• The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb (clearly visible).
• The size of the scanned copy of the Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, etc.) should be between 50kb and 300kb in PDF (clearly visible).
• The size of the scanned copy of the PwBD certificate should be between 50kb to 300 kb in pdf (clearly visible).

Note: 

• Double-check your photo and signature before submitting the CUET application form to ensure they are clear and visible. If they are blurry or unclear, your form will not be, and no changes will be allowed. 
• All the documents required for CUET registration that are to be uploaded must be genuine!
• If it is discovered that somebody else's documents have been used, this will be considered unfair.

1. A printed copy of the CUET Admit Card and Self Declaration (Undertaking) was downloaded from the NTA Website (a clear printout on A4-size paper) and duly filled in. 
2. One passport-size photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) for pasting on the specific space in the Attendance Sheet at the Centre during the examination. 
3. A PwBD certificate issued by the authorised medical officer if the relaxation is claimed under the PwBD category. 
4. Any one of the authorised photo IDs (must be original, valid, and non-expired):

• School Identity Card
• PAN card/ Driving License
• Voter ID/ Passport Aadhaar Card (With photograph)
• E-Aadhaar with photograph/ Ration Card with photograph
• Class 12 Board Admit Card with photograph
• Bank Passbook with Photograph. 

Once the exam is over, the CUET answer key, and results are released to start the counselling process.

• Counselling is a customised process for each college. Therefore, visit the college's official website to which you apply to learn more about the required documents. 
• You must note that the counselling requires a few additional documents besides the documents required for CUET registration. 

Ensure you have these documents ready for CUET counselling- 

• CUET admit card
• Class 10th & 12th scorecard
• CUET scorecard
• ID proof (Aadhar Card / Aadhar Enrolment Receipt / PAN Card / Voter ID Card).
• Transfer Certificate (TC) of Class 12
