The CBSE class 12 Hindi exam pattern will be divided into two portions, each with 13 questions. In the CBSE Hindi Core exam pattern, answering all of the questions is required. Furthermore, the CBSE 12th Hindi test pattern will include 45 objective questions, of which 40 must be attempted, section B will include descriptive questions, and the board will provide appropriate internal alternatives.

The CBSE Hindi elective exam pattern is divided into two sections with a total of 14 questions. All sections will be required. While section A will have 48 objective questions, only 40 of which must be answered, section B will contain descriptive questions with ample possibilities provided by the board.
