The Central Board of Secondary Education has prescribed the syllabus for class 12 commerce stream on the official website. As per the recent announcement, the syllabus has been reduced by the CBSE for the academic year 2021.
Therefore, it is important to be aware of the revised syllabus to score better in the exam. This post takes you through complete details regarding CBSE Class 12 Commerce Syllabus 2021.
Due to the non-functioning of schools, the CBSE board has reduced nearly 30% of the syllabus this year for all subjects. Note that the revised syllabus is only for the academic session 2021. From next year, the exam conducting authority may replace the old syllabus or they may retain the current one.

The new course structure for the Accountancy subject provides 80 marks weightage for theory and 20 marks for the project. In the theoretical portion, every unit carries a different weightage as given below in the following table.

Mathematics is one such subject among the 12th Commerce Subjects which is very important. Most of you find Maths difficult, however, if prepared well it is definitely easy to score marks.
The mathematics exam is divided into 80 marks for theoretical paper and 20 marks for internal assessment. In Mathematics, marks are not allocated chapter/unit-wise. Instead, marks are allotted to the respective topics as given in the table below:
