While both the CBSE and ICSE syllabi aim to provide students with robust knowledge about business and its various facets, their focus areas slightly differ. CBSE has a more managerial orientation with topics like 'Principles of Management', 'Directing', and 'Controlling', whereas ICSE delves deeper into forms of businesses, business ethics, and more specialized areas like international business. Ultimately, the choice between the two would depend on a student's interest and future academic and career plans. Regardless of the board, a strong foundation in Business Studies during Class 12 plays a pivotal role in understanding the intricacies of the business world.
