CUET DU CSAS Portal Opens for 2024-25 UG Admissions

Overview: With over 79 UG programmes and 69 colleges, CUET DU CSAS Portal 2024 is now active for admissions to UG courses for the academic session 2024-25 through CUET. 

Delhi University received over 25,96,100 registrations for admission to over 79 courses available at various affiliated colleges. The CUET DU CSAS portal was launched for registrations for this year on May 28, 2024.

CUET DU Admission Process (UG) 2024

If you are seeking admission to undergraduate courses at Delhi University, the wait is over! The university has begun accepting applications through the CUET DU CSAS portal 2024, accessible at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.

The admission process will be based on two criteria: 

• Admission Process Based on CUET
• Admission Process Based on Class 12 Marks (in case of tie-breaker)

What is DU's Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS)? 

After taking the CUET exam, the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for Undergraduate admission at DU is the next step. Admission to all UG Programs of UoD for the 2024-25 session will be done through CSAS(UG)-2024, based on meeting the eligibility requirements. 

It includes 3 phases: 

• Phase 1:  Applying to University of Delhi 
• Phase 2: Filling in your course and college preferences 
• Phase 3: Seat allocation cum admission 

Supernumerary Seats for Single Girl Children

• This year marks the introduction of supernumerary seats for single-girl students in every program.
• This initiative aims to increase female enrollment at the university.

If you have appeared for the exam, you can now register for the CUET DU CSAS application portal from the official website. 

• You must have your application number and password to log in and download the application form.
• The online application process will be considered successful and completed only after the fee payment is made. 
• The CUET counselling will be done only for those who have completed the process.

CUET DU CSAS Portal: Steps to register

The university's counselling process will begin once the CUET answer key, and results are released. But before that, here's how to apply to the CSAS portal: 

• Step 1: Visit the DU CSAS Portal through the official website.
• Step 2: Click on the DU CSAS registration link.
• Step 3: Enter your CUET 2024 application number and password.
• Step 4: Fill out the CSAS Application Form 2024, including personal details, program and college preferences.
• Step 5: Make the required payment and submit the form.
• Step 6: Download and print the form for future reference.

CUET DU CSAS 2024: Eligibility criteria

• You must have passed the Class 12 or its equivalent examination from a single recognised board.  
• You must meet the programme-specific eligibility & subject requirements. 
• During the counselling, you must be able to produce your CUET result to be eligible for admission. 
• You must appear in the CUET UG 2024 exam in those subjects you are appearing in or have passed Class 12.
