Overview: The CUET UG exam authorities have announced a retest for affected students on 19th July. Over 1000 students across 6 states received wrong question papers, calling for a CUET UG retest.
On Sunday, the National Testing Agency announced that more than 1000 CUET UG exam candidates would take a retest on July 19. The CUET UG retest will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.

- The CUET result have been delayed by over 2 weeks and are expected to be out by the last week of July.
CUET UG Retest 2024: Latest Updates
The CUET exam 2024 was conducted from 15 May to 29 May for over 13.48 lakh candidates. While there were many challenges during the exam, one grievance was the distribution of wrong question papers in several languages that the candidates had not selected.
- Given that over 1,000 of these candidates are from six states, this is one of the grounds for the retest.
- However, the retest will be only for those who submitted their grievances up to 30 June 2024 and the complaints sent to rescuetug@nta.ac.in between 07 July and 09 July 2024.
- Information regarding specific subjects will be communicated to the affected candidates via email.
CUET Admit card for Retest
The CUET UG retest will be conducted for those affected candidates on Friday, July 19th, 2024, in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
- Admit cards for the re-examination will be available soon on the official CUET website.
- The admit card can be downloaded using the application number and date of birth.

CUET Answer Key 2024 Updates
The official notification states that the final answer key will be out soon. The objection window was open from 07 to 09 July 2024.
