The Judiciary Prelims 2025 exam had a range of moderate to difficult questions. It thoroughly covered the RJS prelims syllabus, including questions on procedural law, criminal laws, and the Constitution of India. A few questions were asked about this subject, though. The paper also focused on contract and commercial law.
This time they have also added questions from the family law; they also had fewer questions from tort law, cyber law, and jurisprudence. The paper was kind of a mixed bag test because the syllabus was too wide. Talking about the case laws, the difficulty was not very high, and the questions were doable. The paper was a bit lengthy. Students who have focused on the concept had high chances of getting more marks; there were no questions on case laws.
Talking about the difficulty of the paper, SOGA was focused on what had been added recently. They focused on minor laws, BNSS were asked in depth, questions were related to punishments if we talk about the BNS, English was easy to medium, but Hindi had a higher level of difficulty.
The overall difficulty level of the exam was easy to moderate. Based on the paper analysis, the expected Rajasthan Judiciary Cut Off is high.
