Step 1: New Candidate to Create a login

• Register on the official website before filling out the Delhi Judicial Services Application Form by clicking on the Delhi Judiciary Apply Online Fresh Candidate tab to Create a login. Candidates need to provide details to create their login ID: Name, Date of birth, mobile number, and Email ID.
• Remember the password filled in here to create login. 
• Press the "Submit" button. The details provided by the applicant in their login ID cannot be modified at a later stage. Thus, they need to fill in this information very carefully.
• The applicant's login credentials will be sent to the registered email address after successfully registering. Applicants should save this email for future reference.

Note: Kindly note that the email ID and date of birth you provided will be used to log in to the website to fill out the online Delhi Judiciary application form 2025.

Step 2: Fill out the DJS Application Form 2025

• Login using your Login ID and Password, which are sent to the candidate via email by clicking on the Already Logged In Candidate tab to Complete the Process.
• Enter the verification code as seen and click on the Submit button.
• Fill in the details on the online Delhi Judiciary Application Form 2025. Since your eligibility will be screened based on your information, you must exercise sufficient care to furnish the details of your Qualifications, etc.

Step 3: Uploading Photograph & Signature

Photograph

• The photograph must be a recent passport-size colour picture. 
• Ensure the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white background, and has no dark shadows. 
• If you wear glasses, ensure no reflections and your eyes can be seen. Also, ensure that both ears are visible in the picture. 
• Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed, but it must not cover your face. 
• The file is needed to be uploaded in .jpg/.jpeg format and should be between 50-100 kb.
• Click on the Next button to continue the application process.

Signature

• Sign on white paper with a black ink pen and scan it. 
• Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page, and ensure that the scanned image size is not more than 50 kb. 
• Please note that this signature will be saved with your information, and if it does not match the signature on the answer sheet at the time of the written test and the interview, the candidature may be cancelled. 
• The file is needed to be uploaded in jpg/jpeg format and should be between 20-50 kb.

Step 4: Pay the DJS Application Fee 2025

Applicants can pay their application fee for the DJS entrance exam online via Debit Card or net banking. Keep your Debit Card / Internet Banking info handy.

Delhi Civil Judge Application Fee 2025

You can pay the application fee for the DJS entrance exam online via debit card or net bank.

• Now, enter the details of your Net Banking Account or Debit Card to proceed with the transfer. After your payment has been authenticated, the system will lead you to the final Delhi Judiciary application form 2025.
• You will get a self-generated Web Application No after you have completed the payment. After a successful transaction, the candidate will get a preview of the application with the application number.

Documents Required to Fill the DJS Civil Judge Application Form

Before starting to fill up the online Delhi Judiciary Application Form 2025, keep ready with you the following documents:

• Valid e-mail ID (This e-mail ID shall be used to communicate with the candidate if required)
• The latest passport-size photograph (.jpg or .jpeg file) should not be greater than 100 kb in size.
