You have to go to the official website of RBI and find the link from where the RBI Grade B Admit Card gets downloaded it by giving the required credentials- Registration Number/ Roll Number and Date of Birth/ Password.

Will I be allowed to enter the exam if I reach after the reporting time?

Yes, there is the negative marking of 0.25 (1/4) marks. You have to give the penalty for wrong answer from the correct answer.
