• If you wish to seek admission to the institution's B.A. LL.B (Hons.) and BBA. LL.B (HONS) programmes, you must pass this entrance exam.

• You must have scored at least 50% in aggregate in your Class 12 or equivalent exam from an accredited board in any stream.

• Suppose you have completed the 10+2 or an equivalent exam from the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB Certificate, DP, or CP). In that case, you must have successfully completed 3 subjects at the Higher Level (HL) and 3 subjects at the Standard Level (SL) from any stream, with 24 credits mandatory.

• If you are from CBSE or ICSE, you must provide your cumulative marks across all subjects you have chosen or taken and appear on the online registration or e-admission form (if chosen) for the 10+2 or comparable examination (not best of four, five, six, or seven). You must have successfully completed all the subjects you have chosen or taken and the relevant examinations in a single sitting. The total percentage of all topics you have taken, chosen, and participated in will be taken into account when determining your eligibility for the programme at the time of admission.

• If the mark sheet provided by the relevant Board / Institution is in percentile/s, the real aggregate percentage of all the subjects taken by you shall be taken into account.

• Only those who have passed the NLAT Test are eligible to apply for LLB programmes. The age requirement is 25 years old. The maximum age requirement for all other programmes is 25 years old.

• Suppose you have passed or are taking (all subjects taken/opted) the 10+2 examination from a Board or University where a Grade Point Average is offered. In that case, you must provide the equivalent percentage for the GPA or CGPA acquired in writing from the Board or University in question.
