●        This road will be upgraded to four lanes under the EPC turn at a cost of approximately Rs 254.30 crores.
●        This project will be completed in two years.

●        Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has approved the reconstruction and upgradation of two road segments in Odisha state.
●        From the 173/370 kms to 229/400 kms, the 53.79-km long segment of NH-59 will be strengthened and widened in two lanes with a permanent slope under EPC mode at a cost of approximately Rs 214.23 crores.
 
Road rehabilitation projects approved for Punjab
●        Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has approved the rehabilitation and upgradation of three road routes in Punjab.
●        The National Highway between Machu will be upgraded to two lane along with a permanent slope under EPC mode.
●        The length of this section is approximately 24.60 km. is.
●        About 130.313 crore rupees will be spent on this project.
