Introduction to CUET 

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is an undergraduate examination administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for Class XII admissions across top universities. This standardized test has gained prominence as 250+ universities now rely on CUET scores for admissions, replacing their individual entrance tests.

CUET 2024 Schedule and Importance 

The CUET exam for 2024 is scheduled to take place from 15th May to 31st May. In 2023, the official CUET notification was released by the NTA on 9th February. Following this pattern, we expect this year's notification to be out by either the last week of January or the first week of February. The significance of CUET lies in its role as the primary criterion for admission to renowned universities like Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, and Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University. 

Registration Process and Key Considerations 

To take part in the CUET examination, candidates must navigate through a comprehensive registration process, which is typically open for approximately 30 days. This pivotal step involves visiting the official CUET website and accessing the "New Registration" tab. During this period, applicants are required to submit relevant documents, along with personal and educational details. Successful completion of this process ensures eligibility for the counseling procedures, as participating universities have dispensed with their individual admission/entrance tests.
