According to a ranking that uses data from the United Nations, the World Bank and the World Health Organization Singapore is the world’s healthiest country.
Ranking was based upon the:
1. Mortality rates in each country,
2. The proportion of young people smoking and 
3. The number of immunizations.
Top 3 countries are :
1. Singapore
2. Italy 
3. Australia
India secured 103^rd position.
Survey report: global rise in the level of consumption of healthy food like fruits and vegetables, along side an increasing intake of unhealthy junk food.

1. Swaziland
2. Lesotho
