Time and energy are only means to an end... which is fulfillment.

So, to manage all these properly, you can do the following:

1. Wake up at 5AM

2. Set your 3+2 priorities
That means, set your top 3 priorities for the day. If you are an overachiever and you think 3 priorities are not enough, plan for 2 more but ONLY IF the first 3 are accomplished.

3. Work in sprints of 25 minutes. (Then break for 5 min)

4. Quit multitasking!
Studies have shown that multitasking is actually diminishing your IQ by at least 20 points! This is because your are split between multiple areas of focus. It's like your computer is running multiple softwares all at once and you are angry that your system is slow.
Single focus is the best gift you can give to yourself (in order to leave the office at a decent hour)

5. Review your day each evening
You can increase your time management if you learn from your mistakes and duplicate your best practices.
I usually ask myself the following questions each night:
1. What went well?
2. What went wrong?
3. What have I learnt?
4. What will I do differently tomorrow/next time?

6. Have a 1-to-1 ratio for studying and practicing
I used to be a self help junkie - as in all info and no practice, but when I finally started to put into practice the knowledge that I had, my productivity exploded. So refrain as much as possible from know-it-all without do-it-all.

7. There is no magic pill for productivity (at least not without the proper "why")
I have coached personally more than 300 people and I can tell you that if "there is a will, there is a way".
"Nice to have" is not good enough when someone wants to be an expert or a master in one field of expertise.
"Must have" will provide the resilience to move forward and overcome the obstacles.
So, find what's "eating you" and then you will have the drive to make the changes that will get you out of your comfort zone and put you in the top 1% of your field.
