    Recently the Staff Selection Commission had released SSC Junior Hindi Translator Notification 2018. Through this notification SSC will fill the Junior Translator, Hindi Pradhyapak and Senior Hindi Translator post. SSC will conduct an online Computer based test for SSC JHT Exam 2018.     According to the latest notice released, the date of exam of SSC Junior Hindi Translator along with Senior Hindi Translator, Hindi Pradhyapak and all related posts has been changed. The exam will now be held on 13th January 2019 instead of 12th January 2019.

    2. Click on Register Now for One Time Registration.
    3. Enter personal, academic and experience details with valid mobile number and e mail ID.
    4. Upload Photograph and Signature and Left hand Thumb impression.
    5. Check your details and Click Submit button to register.
    6. You will be receiving an OTP in the registered mobile number and mail id.
    7. Confirm the OTP to complete your registration.
    8. Next you have to login again to fill up the application form.
    9. On logging in again, you will find all your details entered before during the time of registration.
    10. Choose your exam centre, select your category
    11. Recheck your photo and signature images
    12. Click on 'I agree' to confirm your application.
    13. Submit the application Fee through online or offline mode.

    Selection Process 2018

    SSC Junior Hindi Translator comprises of the following selection process:

    1. Paper I - Objective based paper
    2. Paper II - Descriptive Paper

    The Paper I is M.C.Q based exam with 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer. If the Paper I exam is conducted in several shifts, then the marks scored shall be normalized and used to determine the final merit list.

    1. Paper I Syllabus
    2. The paper I for SSC JHT Exam is basically m.c.q based. It includes questions from General English and General Hindi. Applicants must have good understanding of both language and literature of these subjects. Questions from degree level are generally asked.

    3. Paper II Syllabus
    4. This paper shall contain two passages each from Hindi and English which are to be translated to English and Hindi respectively.
