NMIMS NPAT Exam Pattern 2027

As per Exam Pattern 2027, the NPAT Exam is conducted only online.

The Paper Pattern for the NMIMS NPAT Exam differs for the Engineering and Non-Engineering departments.

Under NEP 2020 guidelines, NMIMS University will be introducing a 4-year duration degree program (UG) from the academic year 2027-2027with a focus on research / multi-disciplinary focus in the 4th Year.

The students completing this program will be offered an Honours degree in their respective disciplines.

Students will have an exit option after 3 years. A student pursuing a 3-year degree will not be eligible for Hons. Degree.

Students who are interested in pursuing a four-year Hons. Students have to indicate their preference at the end of the 2nd year of the three-year program.

The Application Process includes four stages, i.e.,

• Click "Apply Now," then complete the registration process by entering all required details.
• After completing registration, fill out the application form with all required details. 
• Complete the fee payment online.
• Submit the form and take a printout for future reference. 

How to Book an NPAT 2027 Exam Slot? 

After completing registration and fee payment, candidates must book their exam slot. Slot booking is separate from registration and is done via the Pearson VUE platform linked to the NPAT candidate dashboard.

• Log in to your candidate dashboard at npat.nmims.edu.
• Navigate to "Schedule My Exam" (activated only after fee payment).
• You will be redirected to the Pearson VUE scheduling portal.
• Read and agree to NMIMS admission policies (no cancellation, no rescheduling).
• Enter your location — the system will suggest the nearest test centres.
• Check availability at up to 3 different test centres to find open dates.
• Choose your preferred date and time from the highlighted calendar.
• Confirm the booking — your admit card is generated immediately after your slot is confirmed.

Critical Rule: NPAT exam slots cannot be rescheduled once booked. Choose your date and centre very carefully. Slots open on a first-come, first-served basis — book early for better choices.

Strategy Tip: Register in Phase 1 and book your first attempt early. If unsatisfied with your score, use retake-1 and retake-2 during Phase 2. NMIMS considers only your best score out of 3 attempts.

NMIMS NPAT Application Fee 2027

Candidates can pay the NPAT application fee online using net banking, credit card, or debit card.

• Registration cancellation is not allowed at any point in the process. 
• Registration Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-TRANSFERABLE.

NMIMS NPAT 2027 Admit Card

You can download the NPAT Admit Card 2027 only from the official website.

The admit card shall be released one week before the online NPAT UG entrance exam begins.

It is essential to understand that the exam's governing body does not distribute NPAT admit cards by mail or any other means.

To download your admit card for NMIMS NPAT, you can follow these steps:

• Go to the official website https://npat.nmims.edu/
• On the homepage, click the NPAT admit card link.
• Enter your Registration ID and Password.
• Click the submit button.
• Your NMIMS NPAT admit card will appear on the screen.
• Download the admit card and print it out for future reference.

ID Proof Requirements

Carry one original ID proof along with a photocopy of it to the test centre.
