GMAC recently updated the NMAT exam centres list on its website. According to the updated NMAT Exam Centres list, candidates taking the Exam from Mumbai City are located in Dahisar.

NMAT Exam Centres 2026 - Guidelines

Time Curriculum at NMAT Exam Centre in India

• Test takers must arrive at their assigned test centre 45 minutes before the Exam.
• A test-taker identification process will be conducted, including the collection of a digital photograph and a signature.
• Those who refuse to participate in the identification process will not be allowed to take the test.
• Tests will be administered under video surveillance.
• Latecomers (arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time) may not be allowed to take the test and will forfeit the test fee.

Online Proctored Exam at Home

• Test takers must log in to http://mba.com/nmat 30 minutes before the exam time.
• A test-taker identification process will be conducted.
• Those who refuse to participate in the identification process will not be allowed to take the test.
• Tests will be online, proctored, recorded, and audited for prohibited practices.
• Latecomers (arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time) may not be allowed to take the test and will forfeit the test fee.

NMAT Test Centres 2026 – Documents To Carry on the Exam Day

Test at NMAT Exam Centre

✅A confirmation email (which can be shown on your mobile device or printed out)

✅An admit card (which must be downloaded by the candidate for each attempt from their NMAT by GMAC account)

✅Any other documents as advised by NMAT by GMAC for differently-abled candidates.

One valid photo ID (with your name and photo) must be presented, which should be original and non-expired and can be selected from the following list:

✅Passport issued by the Government of India

✅PAN Card issued by the Government of India

✅Voter's ID Card

✅UID/Aadhaar Card

It is important to note that if you are unable to present the aforementioned valid ID, admit card, and confirmation email (which can be shown on your mobile device or printed out), you will not be permitted to enter the testing room, and no exam fee refund will be granted.

Online Proctored Exam at Home

✅You need a valid photo ID with your name and photograph to take an online proctored exam at home.

✅Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, PAN card, voter's ID card, and UID/Aadhaar card.

✅Learner's driver's license, photocopies, and notarised copies are unacceptable forms of ID.

✅The ID should be current and legible, and your name, date of birth, and photograph should match the details you provided when registering for the Exam.

✅If the ID does not include all five required elements, you must present a second ID from the list.

✅You must also carry an Admit Card, which you can download from your NMAT by GMAC™ account.

✅Please present a valid photo ID and Admit Card to avoid disqualification from the Exam. You will not receive a refund.

✅To take an exam at international locations, you must present additional documents to the proctor.

✅These documents include an Admit Card, a confirmation email, and an original passport (valid and non-expired).
