• The last date for NMAT exam retake registration is 16 December 2025.
• The NMAT registration fees are INR 3000 plus applicable taxes for all candidates.
• If you wish to apply for more than the initial five B schools, you must pay an extra NMAT registration fee of INR 400 (plus taxes) per school.

If you decide to withdraw from the program you're enrolled in, the school follows a five-tier system for refunding your NMAT MBA  fees.

Percentage of Refund of Aggregate	The point in time when the notice of withdrawal of admission must be served
100%	15 days or more before the officially notified last date of admission
90%	Less than 15 days before the officially notified last date of admission
80%	15 days or less after the notification of the last date of admission
50%	Less than 30 days but more than 15 days after being officially notified of the last date of admission
00%	More than 30 days after being officially notified of the last date of admission

NMAT Exam Fees 2025 – Scheduling Process

• Register and pay for your NMAT form fees from your Candidate Dashboard.
• Schedule your exam appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
• You can choose between taking the exam at a test centre or online proctored at home.
• Note that you've booked your appointment; you cannot switch between these two options for that appointment.
• If you want to take the exam at a test centre in India, click on the Book Exam button and choose your country, city, test centre, and the date and time you want.
• If you want to take the exam online, proctored, at home in India, or anywhere else, click the Book Exam button and fill out the My Profile section before scheduling your exam appointment.

NMAT Exam Fees 2025 Retake Process

Here are the steps for NMAT fees for the MBA exam:

• You can take the NMAT by GMAC™ exam three times during the year's testing cycle, including the first attempt and a maximum of two retake attempts.
• To register for a retake, click the Retake section in your dashboard, select the exam mode, and pay the NMAT retake fees.
• You can schedule a retake after completing a planned attempt and 15 days from the previous effort.
• If you were a no-show, did not agree to the non-disclosure agreement, or your exam was marked as incomplete, you can schedule a retake attempt immediately for any slot after 24 hours.
• The process for scheduling a retake attempt at a test center and online is the same as planning the first attempt, with the NMAT exam fees applicable for each attempt.
