What Happens After NCHMCT JEE Registration? (Admit Card, Result & Counselling)

Your NCHMCT JEE journey doesn't end at registration. Here's what to expect at each stage after you submit your application:

Application Correction Window

After the registration deadline, NTA typically opens a Form Correction Window (usually for 2–3 days) that allows candidates to edit certain details — such as exam city preference, photo, or personal details. Watch for this on the NTA portal.

City Intimation Slip

Approximately 2–3 weeks before the exam, NTA releases a City Intimation Slip informing you of your exam city. This helps you plan travel and accommodation in advance.

NCHMCT JEE Admit Card 2027

The admit card is released about 7–10 days before the exam date on exams.nta.nic.in/nchm-jee. Steps to download:

  1. Visit the official NTA-NCHM JEE portal
  2. Click "Download Admit Card"
  3. Enter Application Number and Date of Birth
  4. Download and print your admit card

⚠️ Carry your admit card + a valid photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport / Driving Licence) to the exam centre.

NCHMCT JEE Result 2027

Results are declared on the official website in May (tentatively). A scorecard is available for download. The merit list is compiled based on scores.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2027

Conducted by NCHMCT (not NTA), counselling is held in June–July. Seat allotment is based on rank, preference of institutes, and category. Candidates must verify original documents at the time of admission.

Common Mistakes to Avoid While Filling the NCHMCT JEE Registration Form

Based on patterns from previous years, here are the most frequent errors that lead to form rejection or disqualification:

  1. Entering a name different from the Class 10 certificate — always match exactly

  2. Uploading a photo that doesn't meet specifications — wrong size, format, or no white background

  3. Using someone else's mobile or email — OTPs and login credentials go to registered contact details

  4. Not saving each section before moving ahead (data gets lost)

  5. Paying the wrong fee amount based on incorrect category selection

  6. Selecting only one exam centre — always fill all 4 preferences to avoid being allotted a distant city

  7. Missing the form correction window — many candidates realise errors too late

  8. Not downloading the Confirmation Page — this is your only proof of successful registration
