NCHMCT JEE Eligibility Criteria 2024

The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance examination (NCHMCT JEE) eligibility criteria 2024 includes information related to the Qualifying Examination, higher senior secondary degree required, age limit, and physical fitness.

The NCHMCT JEE eligibility criteria are based on various aspects, i.e. Age Limit, Qualifying examinations, and Physical Fitness.

• You should have passed the 10+2 system of Senior Secondary Examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects from a recognized Educational Board. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.
• If you are appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in NCHM JEE 2024 on a provisional basis. Provisional admission will stand cancelled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or it's equivalent) is not submitted at the time of counselling or at the time of admission.
• The offer of admission is subject to verification of original certificates/documents, including category certificate and PwD certificate (wherever applicable) at the time of admission. If any candidate is found ineligible at a later date, even after admission to an Institute, due to the inability to produce a genuine certificate in original in support of passing 10+2 or equivalent examination and fulfilment of age criteria and category certificate or PwD certificate (wherever applicable), his/her admission will stand cancelled.

Pre-Requites for NCHMCT JEE Application Form 2024

How to fill online NCHMCT JEE Application Form 2024

The steps to be followed to fill out the form are as follows:

Registration

• Visit the official website of the NCHMCT JEE or click on the link above. 
• Click on the link ‘NCHMCT JEE Application form 2024'
• Click on the new registration link.
• Enter your name, date of birth, phone number, and email ID.
• Enter the captcha and click on the "Submit" button. You will get your registration ID and password.

Fill in the Personal Details in the NCHMCT JEE Application Form

• Sign in again using your registration ID and Password, which you received in the first registration step.
• Students require filling in their Personal, Educational, and Parental details to proceed further in the application process.
•  Ensure that you save every module while filling in the details.
• You can make changes before the final submission of the NCHMCT JEE application form
•  If, in any case, there is any correction in the application form after the final submission. It should be reported to the authorities as soon as possible.

Payment of Application Fees

• The Unreserved category (General) student application fee is Rs. 1000/-.
•  The application fee for the Reserved category (SC (Schedule caste / ST (Schedule Tribe / PwD (Person with disability) students is Rs. 450/-.
• The application fee for the EWS (Economically weaker section) category students is Rs. 700/-
•  Students can only pay the application fee in online mode.
• They can pay online through net banking, debit cards, UPI, etc.
• After paying the fee, the student should keep the payslip with them for future reference.

How to reset the NCHMCT JEE Application password? 

The following options are available to reset the password: 

• Using Security Question and the Answer you have chosen during Form filling.
• Using a verification code sent via text message (SMS) to your Registered Mobile No.
• Using a reset link sent via Email to your Registered Email address.

Pre-requisite of choosing the right NCHMCT JEE Application password

The password must be as per the following password policy.

• Password must be 8 to 13 characters long
• Password must have at least one Upper case alphabet
• Password must have at least one Lower case alphabet
