The steps to be followed to fill out the NCHMCT JEE Application form are as follows:

1 - NCHMCT JEE Registration

• Visit the official NCHMCT JEE website or https://exams.nta.ac.in/NCHM/. 
• Click on the link ‘NCHMCT JEE Application form 2025'.
• Click on the new registration link.
• Enter your name, date of birth, phone number, and email ID.
• Enter the captcha and click on the "Submit" button. You will get your NCHMCT JEE registration ID and password.

2 - Fill in the Personal Details in the NCHMCT JEE Application Form

• Sign in again using your NCHMCT JEE registration ID and Password, which you received in the first registration step.
• You are required to fill in your personal, educational, and parental details to proceed with the application process.
• Ensure that you save every module while filling in the details.
• You can make changes before submitting the NCHMCT JEE registration form.
•  If, in any case, there is any correction in the application form after the final submission. It should be reported to the authorities as soon as possible.

3 - Upload Your Required Documents

The following documents to be uploaded at the time of the NCHMCT JEE registration are as follows:

• Scanned passport-size photo in the format prescribed by the NCHMCT JEE 2025.
• A scanned photo of the signature is in the format prescribed by the NCHMCT 2025.
• Address proof copy.
• Qualifying exam certificate.

4 - Payment of Application Fees

• The Unreserved category (General) student application fee is Rs. 1000/-.
• The application fee for the Reserved category (SC (Schedule caste / ST (Schedule Tribe / PwD (Person with disability) students is Rs. 450/-.
• The application fee for the EWS (Economically weaker section) category students is Rs. 700/-
• You can only pay the application fee online.
• You can pay online through net banking, debit cards, UPI, etc.
• After paying the fee, the student should keep the payslip with them for future reference.

NCHMCT JEE Eligibility Criteria 2025

The NCHMCT JEE eligibility criteria are based on various aspects, i.e. Age Limit, Qualifying examinations, and Physical Fitness. 

Below is the detailed eligibility criteria:

• You should have passed the 10+2 system of Senior Secondary Examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects from a recognized Educational Board. Must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.
• If you are appearing in the 10+2 or equivalent examination, you can also appear in NCHM JEE 2025 on a provisional basis. Provisional admission will stand cancelled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or its equivalent) is not submitted at the time of NCHMCT JEE counselling or at the time of admission.
• The offer of admission is subject to verification of original certificates/documents, including category certificate and PwD certificate (wherever applicable) at the time of admission. If any candidate is found ineligible at a later date, even after admission to an Institute, due to the inability to produce a genuine certificate in original in support of passing 10+2 or equivalent examination and fulfilment of age criteria and category certificate or PwD certificate (wherever applicable), his/her admission will stand cancelled.
