NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2026 Overview

The NCHM JEE counselling process will include the following: 

• NCHM counselling registration
• Choice filling 
• Choice Locking
• Seat Allotment Result
• Uploading of documents and payment to confirm the seat.

As per previous year trends, there will be a minimum of 3 rounds of the counselling process for NCHMCT JEE. Candidates must deposit INR 50,000 to secure allotted seats during the admission procedure.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling Procedure 2026

• The candidates who have cleared NCHMCT JEE 2026 must register online and choose their preferred college and course.
• Allotment of seats will be done online, based on the candidate’s rank, category, availability of seats and his/her preference.
• After the allotment of the seats, the candidates have to report to the allotted institute for document verification and fee payment.

Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit the official website of the NCHMCT JEE Counselling, i.e. http://nchm.nic.in. 
• Login using the NCHMCT JEE 2026 Application Form Number, Password, and Security PIN.
• Click on ‘I Agree’ after reading all the instructions carefully
• Fill in the required details in the NCHMCT JEE counselling Form.
• Click on Submit after selecting the declaration.
• After verifying all the provided details, click the ‘Confirm Registration’ button.

 Step 2: Online Choice Filling and Locking

• Choose your desired college and program and fill in your choices in the form given by the concerned authority.
• After filling in all the choices, candidates must lock and submit.
• Lock the choice before the last date.
• Candidates can do choice locking after each round of the NCHM JEE counselling procedure 2026.

Step 3: Allotment of Seats

The concerned authority allots seats based on the following factors:

• Candidate’s Category (General, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, etc.)
• Availability of the seats in the concerned authority
• Candidate’s All India Rank (AIR) in the NCHMCT JEE 2026 rank list.
• Candidate’s preference for academic programs and institutes.

Step 4: Acceptance of Seats, Fee Payment, and Document Verification

• After allotting the seats, pay the seat acceptance fee through net banking or E Challan.
• Bring all the documents because they will be verified at the reporting centre.
• After the fee payment and document verification process, a provisional admission letter will be issued.

Step 5: Reporting to the Allotted College

• The last and final step of the NCHMCT JEE Counselling Process 2026 is reporting to the assigned institutes with original certificates and documents on the allotted date and time slot.
