NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2024

The NCHM JEE counseling process will include the following: 

• Online registration.
• Choice filling 
• Choice Locking
• Seat Allotment Result
• Uploading of documents and payment to confirm the seat.

As per previous year trends, there will be a minimum of 3 rounds of counselling process for NCHMCT JEE. Candidates have to deposit INR 50,000 to secure allotted seats during the admission procedure. NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2024– Documents Required 

• The document verification will be conducted for all the candidates who have been allotted the seats.
• The candidate’s document verification will be conducted after each round. Any breach of the norms may lead to disqualification of the candidature.
• Candidates should carry both original and multiple attested copies with them at the time of seat confirmation process.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling Procedure 2024

• The candidates who have cleared NCHMCT JEE 2024 must register themselves online and choose their preferred college and course.
• Allotment of seats will be done online, based on candidate’s rank, category, availability of seats and his/her own preference.
• After the allotment of the seats, the candidates have to report to the allotted institute for document verification and fee payment.

Step 1: Online Registration

•  Visit the official website of the NCHMCT JEE Counselling i.e. http://nchm.nic.in. 
• Login using the NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Number, Password, and Security Pin.
• Click on ‘I Agree’ after reading all the instructions carefully
•  Fill in the required details in the NCHMCT JEE counselling Form.
• Click on Submit after selecting the declaration
• After verifying all the provided details, click on the ‘Confirm Registration’ button.

 Step 2: Online Choice Filling and Locking

• Choose your desired college and program and fill in your choices in the form given by the concerned authority.
• After filling all the choices, candidates must lock and submit their choices.
• Lock the choice before the last date.
•  Candidates can do choice locking after each round of NCHMCT JEE counselling 2024.

Step 3: Allotment of Seats

The concerned authority allots seats on the basis of following factors: -

• Candidate’s Category (General, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, etc)
• Availability of the seats in the concerned authority
• Candidate’s All India Rank (AIR) in NCHMCT JEE 2024 rank list.
• Candidate’s preference for academic programs and institutes.

Step 4: Acceptance of Seats, Fee Payment, and Document Verification

•  After allotment of the seats pay the seat acceptance fee through net banking or E Challan.
• Bring all the documents with you because it will be verified at the reporting center.
• After completion of the fee payment and document verification process, a provisional admission letter will be issued.

Step 5: Reporting to the Allotted College

• The last and the final step of the NCHMCT JEE Counselling process 2024 is reporting to the assigned institutes with original certificates and documents on the allotted date and time slot.
