UCEED Eligibility Criteria 2025

Before proceeding with the application form, you must meet the Eligibility Criteria for UCEED 2025. Otherwise, the exam conducting body will reject your candidature.

Age Limit

If you are in the OPEN/EWS/OBC-NCL category, you must have been born on or after October 1, 2000, and if you are in the SC, ST, or PwD category, you must have been born on or after October 1, 1995.

Number of Attempts

A candidate can take the exam a maximum of two times in a row. UCEED scores are valid for admissions in the same academic year.

Qualifying Examination

The applicant must have passed all subjects in the qualifying examination (Class XII or equivalent) in 2025 OR be taking the qualifying examination for the first time in 2025. All streams of class 12 are eligible (Science, Commerce, Arts and Humanities).

UCEED Registration 2025 - Fill out the IIT UCEED Application Form 

After clicking the link, you will be redirected to the application form dashboard. Click on the fill registration form button and fill in the necessary details, such as:

• Personal Details (Parents' name, date of birth, category, nationality, gender, alternate mobile number).
• Educational Details (qualifying exam, passing year, name of the board, school/college, state, etc..).

UCEED Registration 2025: Exam Centers

You must select three test cities in the order of preference in which you want to appear for the UCEED 2025 Exam.

Once the UCEED 2025 registration form is submitted, authorities will not consider a request to change the test city.

Suppose a sufficient number of aspirants are not available in a listed city. In that case, the institute drops that city from the final list, and those aspirants will be allotted a centre in the city of either their second or third preference.

UCEED Registration Fee 2025

After uploading all the required documents, you are redirected to a new window. Once you press the final submit button, no further changes in the application form for the UCEED exam are possible. So, verify the submitted details once again before clicking on the last submission button.

• After the final submission, you are redirected to the UCEED registration fee payment section.
• You can pay the application fee using a Credit or debit Card by entering your card details, CVV, and OTP generated.
• If you choose Net Banking as your payment method, fill in your bank details and take a screenshot of the receipt.
• After successful fee submission, download the submitted application form for your reference.

UCEED Registration 2025: Documents Required

• A recent colour photograph of a full frontal (face) view, with the head centred in the frame covering 70–80% of the photograph and taken within the last six months. The photograph should be such that it allows unambiguous identification of the candidate
• A scanned copy of the candidate’s full signature on white paper.
• Qualifying examination certificate, if appeared in 2024.
• For candidates appearing in 2025 for the exam, a certificate from the school/college principal in the given format (Appendix 1) should be uploaded
• If the name is not the same as in the Class XII certificate, a gazette notification showing the name change is required.

Candidates seeking admission under the EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST or PwD category

• OBC-NCL (Appendix 2), Caste (for SC), Tribe (for ST) (Appendix 3), EWS (Appendix 4) or PwD certificate (Unique Disability Identification (UDID) certificate or Forms in Appendices 5-7) issued by a competent authority.
• Dyslexic candidates need to submit FORM-DYSLEXIC 1 and 2 (Appendices 8 and 9) instead of PwD certificate. The certificate must mention ‘SEVERE’ under Dyslexia category to enable the candidate to get the benefit of PwD category.
• PwD candidates requiring scribe and/or compensatory time (20 minutes/hour) during the exam need to upload a request letter (Appendix 10).
• The compensatory time for Part-A cannot be transferred to Part-B and vice versa

UCEED 2025 Application Form Correction

IIT Bombay does not allow corrections in the UCEED registration Form. There is no process for UCEED application form correction. Hence, you are advised to complete the UCEED application form carefully and correctly.

The authorities will reject application forms that are incorrect/ incomplete, and the application will be considered invalid.

Note that you will not be allowed to make corrections to the form once submitted.

How to Fill out the Application Form for UCEED Admission Process 2025?

How do you fill out the UCEED online application form? Only those who will qualify in the UCEED entrance exam can apply for counselling at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur for the academic year 2025.
