About RBI Assistant Exam

Reserve bank of India annually conducts the exam for the post of Assistant to recruit interested and eligible candidates. This exam witnesses a huge number of candidates due to its high popularity. A couple of reasons are the security and benefits provided to its employees. The shortlisted candidates may get posted in any of the branches of RBI through RBI Assistant Exam exam all across the country.

RBI Assistant Notification

RBI Assistant Notification had notified a special drive for the recruitment of PwD candidates. The exam is to be conducted online at various centers across the country. The dates for the online exam will be soon notified by Reserve Bank of India. Check all other important details related to the recruitment including important dates, eligibility, application procedure by just scrolling down the page.

RBI Assistant Vacancy 2018

RBI Assistant vacancies are yet to be announced. This year, the department had announced 27 Vacancies for PwD candidates. Preliminary and Mains test were held on 6th April and 7th May 2018 respectively.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The age limit of the candidate should be 20 to 28 years. In addition to the graduation degree, candidates also need to be proficient in word processing.

RBI Assistant Application Form - How to Apply

    The online application link is not active now. It will be activated after the next notice is released. We have given below the form-filling procedure for the application process that's already over here.

  • Visit the official website of Reserve Bank of India.
  • Check for the recruitment of the posts of assistant link.
  • Click the new registration option.
  • Fill in the registration form carefully.
  • You will receive a registration id and password.
  • Save the password for future reference.
  • Login with the id and password and fill up the application form.
  • Upload your photograph and signature carefully.
  • Submit the application form.
  • Now, process with the fee payment.

Application Fee

PWD – Rs 50 (Intimation Charges) Staff candidates are exempted from paying the application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.

RBI Assistant Selection Process

The exam will be conducted in three stages; prelims, mains and the final interview. For PwD candidates, there are two stages; Online test and a language proficency test.

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern

The Reserve Bank of India Assistant conducts the preliminary exam for 100 marks and mains exam for 200 marks. Given below is the exam pattern for the same.
