TAPMI IPMAT Admissions through IPMAT 2026

TAPMI accepts scores from 6 entrance examinations: IPMAT Indore, JIPMAT, JEE Main, SAT, CLAT, and MET (Maharashtra Entrance Test). 

You can submit multiple entrance scores, and the best will be considered for final TAPMI IPM admission. 

You can register for these entrance examinations on the official websites of the respective authorities.

The examination is a two-hour written exercise meant to gauge your aptitude. The exam is fiercely competitive, and the selection procedure is strict!

TAPMI IPMAT Selection Process and Seat Matrix 2026

Your selection process is based on entrance scores, the micro presentation, and the online interview. 

Candidates must appear for a micro-presentation and an online interview totalling 20-25 minutes.

Other factors of the final selection for TAPMI IPMAT admission to the program would be based on the following: 

1. Entrance Exam: Candidates must clear one of the above-mentioned entrance exams.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the entrance exams will be invited for an online personal interview. This interview assesses the candidate's communication skills, academic potential, and overall personality.
3. Micro Presentation: In addition to the personal interview, candidates must also give a micro presentation. The personal interview and micro presentation duration is 20-25 minutes. This stage evaluates the candidate's ability to articulate thoughts clearly and effectively.
4. Extracurricular Activities: TAPMI values a well-rounded personality. Hence, candidates' involvement in extracurricular activities will be considered during the TAPMI IPMAT admission process. This includes achievements in sports, arts, community service, and other areas.

TAPMI IPMAT Admission 2026 Eligibility Requirements

Qualification: 

• You must have completed (HSC)/(10+2) examinations or any equivalent examination from a recognised board.
• Candidates should have English as a compulsory HSC/(10+2) Examination subject.

Marks: 

• You must have a minimum of 60% aggregated marks, passed in 2024 and 2025 or appearing in 2026.

Note: Students appearing for exams mentioned above in 2026 are also eligible to apply. They will be shortlisted if they obtain the minimum marks.

TAPMI IPMAT Admission 2026: Application Process 

• The application must be submitted online on the official website of TAPMI.
• Applicants can use online banking, UPI, a credit card, a debit card, or other available payment methods. You can apply and pay online using our website, which will walk you through both processes.
• The process could be modified based on potential future advancements.
• There is no reimbursement for the application cost.
• TAPMI uses scores from IPMAT, JEE, and SAT to narrow the applicant pool for our BBA (Hons.). Program. 
• However, neither the selection procedure nor the program's operation is affected by the bodies that conduct these exams.

Application Fees

The application process will require you to pay an application fee of Rs. 600 (inclusive of all taxes) 

Candidates may also have to incur, in addition, the processing fees applicable under the rules of banks and other payment gateways.

NRI Applicants

Applicants for the NRI quota must be citizens of India and meet one of the following TAPMI IPMAT Admission requirements (with enough proof). 

• Own an Indian passport and be an Indian citizen residing regularly outside India.
• Sons and daughters of NRI-sponsored candidates who are non-resident Indians (NRIs) must be sponsored by either their NRI parents, their NRI brother or sister, their NRI grandparents, or their NRI spouse. 

Scholarship Details

• 30% tuition fee reimbursement every year for the top 6 students of the batch.

NOTE: 

• The application procedure at TAPMI is exclusively online. Every candidate must use the online application system. Payment for the application can be made via UPI, credit card, debit card, or online banking. Every step in the application submission and online payment process is explained on our website.
• Further changes to this application procedure depend on any upcoming system developments.
• The authority having jurisdiction over admission disagreements in this program is Udupi.
• The application fee is non-refundable.
• Our Institute accepts admission scores from IPMAT/JIPMAT/JEE/SAT/CLAT/MET to select candidates for both IPM and BBA Hons. Examination conducting bodies play no part in either admissions selection or the execution of the educational program.
• TAPMI does not establish any “Management Quota” during their TAPMI IPMAT admissions process.
• The application form for BBA Hons and IPM is available on a single platform, and candidates need to pay a single application fee of INR 600 before proceeding with their application for both programs.

The IPM Program does not accept applications from foreign students nor NRI or NRI-sponsored applicants.

A Caution deposit of INR 40,000 is required for the TAPMI IPMAT Admission in the first year, and it is refundable.

Alumni Society (Lifetime) Membership 

• Students must pay INR 20,000 to secure a lifetime membership in the Alumni Society.
• Through the membership fee, students can pay directly to the Alumni Society [a registered society] account.
• Members who join the association receive benefits approved by the society members.
