September 10, 2020: Preliminary Exam Date Announced
The Bihar Judicial Services announced the pre-exam date, i.e., on 7th October 2020. Candidates qualifying for the Preliminary exam will be successfully eligible for Mains Exam.
August 26, 2020: Extended Application Process
The BPSC has extended the application process for Civil Judge Recruitment. Candidates who have missed applying can apply until 12th September 2020 from the official website.

The Jharkhand psc civil judge's salary lies between Rs.27,700 to Rs.44,770 per month. Dearness allowance, rent allowance, and travel allowance are offered according to State government rules. The primary stage of the recruitment process is the Prelims Exam. Candidates shall be tested on the following grounds considering the Jharkhand Judiciary Syllabus:
The papers for the Mains exam are as follows. There are four papers of 3 hours duration each.

English and Hindi Language tests with translation, paraphrasing, writing, and essay.
If you do not get the minimum marks required to pass the Viva-Voce exam, you will not be qualified for appointment or selection, no matter how many marks you scored in the Prelims and Mains exams.
The exam officials will consider both the Main Exam marks and the Viva-Voce Test marks to prepare the final selection list of candidates. In case two candidates score the same marks in the selection list, the exam officials will use the qualification metrics to arrange them accordingly.
The candidate with a Post Graduate Degree in the concerned field will be chosen over the others. After that, they will take into account the work experience in law practice, followed by the age factor, where senior candidates are given more preference.

The admit card is an important document that every candidate appearing for the Jharkhand judiciary 2020 exam must carry to the exam hall. Usually, the exam authority releases the admit card a couple of weeks before the exam.
