Personal Test for Judiciary CJ Recruitment

The Viva-Voce test/personality test will be of 100 marks and the minimum required qualification marks for the Viva-Voce exam will be 25 per cent for general category candidates and 20 per cent for reserved categories.

  • No applicant, regardless of the marks obtained by him in the Main Assessment, shall be qualified for appointment if he obtains less than the minimum specified marks in the Viva-Voce Test.
  • The final selection list shall be drawn up based on the marks obtained in the main assessment and the Viva-Voce test.
  • In the event of a tie of marks between the applicants in the final selection list, their selection shall be made primarily based on qualification, i.e., preference shall be given to a person with a Postgraduate Degree in Law, and subsequently based on experience, if any, in legal practice and, if required, based on age.
