Do you know that the Madhya Pradesh High Court publishes the results one month after successfully conducting each phase of the MP Civil Judge Exam.

After MP Civil Judge Mains Result 2022, the qualifying candidates appeared for the Interview. On 18 February 2023, the Madhya Pradesh High Court announced the MP Judiciary Final Result after successfully conducting the Prelims, Mains & Interviews.

The aspirants whose names appear in the MP Civil Judge result PDF are qualified for the Civil Judge Junior Division (Entry Level) post.

As per the merit list, Rank 1 and 2 scored 304.33 and 300.18, respectively, out of 450 in MPCJ 2022. Moreover, the MP Judiciary Result 2023 consists of the following things:

You can follow the instructions below while downloading the MP Judiciary Result 2023 for the prelim examination.

  • Step 1 - Visit the official website of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, i.e. mphc.gov.in.
  • Step 2 - Select the latest updates and notification tab.
  • Step 3 - Click the "MP Civil Judge Final Result" link in the notification section.
  • Step 4 - A new PDF will be displayed on the screen.
  • Step 5 - Enter your roll number by pressing CTRL F.

What After the MP Judiciary Final Result 2023 (Mains)?

Candidates whose names appear in the merit list after declaring the MPCJ Mains result will be called in for a document verification process.

 Only those who successfully clear this process are recruited for the Civil Judge (Junior Division) post in Madhya Pradesh. 

The post must be sent via speed post by clearly mentioning the name of the exam followed by the year; M.P. Civil Judge Junior Division (Entry Level) Exam 2023.

Refer to the list of documents to be submitted:

  • Proof of age (Certificate of Matriculation or other equivalent examination)
  • Mark Sheets and Pass Certificates in respect of Xth and XIIth Class
  • Photocopy of identity cards (Adhaar card, Pan card, etc.)
  • LL.B. degree or other equivalent law degrees
  • Printout of the MPCJ application form 2023
  • Duly filled application proforma
  • Semester-wise Marksheets, Consolidated Marksheet, Certificates, and degrees of all courses passed or attended
  • Advocate's license if practising/Proof of enrolment/Enrolment Certificate if enrolled with Bar.
  • Pass Certificate in respect of All India Bar Examination, if qualified
  • In case you are a government employee, a No-objection Certificate (NOC) from the department
  • In case of a candidate who claims to belong to one of the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe categories, a Certificate issued by a Sub-Divisional Officer/Additional District Magistrate/Revenue Assistant or any other Officer who the State Government has designated concerned as competent to issue such a certificate.
  • In case of a candidate claiming reservation/relaxation on account of being a Person with a Disability (Blind/Low Vision)/(Hearing Impaired)/(Locomotor disability)/(Autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability, and mental illness and Multiple disabilities, a Certificate issued by a Government Hospital/Medical Board in support of their claim.
  • In case of a candidate claiming relaxation in age because they are an Ex-Serviceman, Emergency Commissioned Officer or Short Service Commissioned Officer, documentary evidence in this regard.
