Overview: The notification for AAI law officer vacancies is out, and the application window is open!
Here we give you all the details about the application process so you can register in time.
The AAI law officer application form is live from 8th August 2026 to 7th September 2026 (11:59 pm).
The Airports Authority of India released Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT on 22nd July 2026, covering 389 posts across 15 disciplines.
For law graduates, two posts are on offer: 6 Junior Executive (Law) vacancies and 2 Manager (Law) vacancies.
Applications are accepted online only through aai.aero. AAI has stated plainly that no application through any other mode will be accepted.

Follow the step-by-step process to fill out the AAI law officer application form 2026. Prepare everything before you open the form. No change is possible after submission, and incomplete applications are summarily rejected.
Step 1: Visit www.aai.aero and open the CAREERS tab.
Step 2: Locate Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT and open the online application link (active from 8 August 2026).
Step 3: Select Junior Executive (Law), Post Code 13 OR Manager (Law)
Step 4: Register with a valid personal email ID and mobile number. Neither can be changed once registered, and both must stay active for the entire recruitment. Your admit card, call letter and offer letter all come through them.
Step 5: Enter your personal, educational and category details exactly as they appear on your certificates, including your percentage of marks to two decimal places.
Step 6: Upload your photograph, live photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration to the specifications below.
Step 7: If you are a PwBD candidate who needs a scribe or compensatory time, indicate it in the online form now. A later request may not be entertained.
Step 8: Cross-check your date of birth, category, sub-category, gender, email ID and mobile number. No correction is possible after final submission.
Step 9: Pay ₹1,000 online, if applicable to your category.
Step 10: Wait for the server to respond. When the transaction succeeds, an e-Receipt is generated. This is your only proof of payment.
Step 11: Print the e-Receipt and the application form containing fee details. Keep them; there is no need to post anything to AAI.

Make sure you have all the necessary documents and upload them in the correct format. There is no correction window if anything goes wrong.

Anything in CAPITAL LETTERS will be rejected (signature or declaration).
The declaration text is prescribed by AAI and must be copied exactly:
"I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
It must be in your own handwriting and in English only. If it is written by anyone else, or in any other language, your application will be treated as invalid. Visually impaired candidates who cannot write may have the text typed, place their left-hand thumb impression below it, and upload that.
If the signature you provide on the attendance sheet or call letter at the examination does not match your uploaded signature, you will be disqualified.

The application fee is ₹1,000, inclusive of GST, payable through online mode only. Fee submitted by any other mode will not be accepted.

Note: OBC (NCL) and EWS candidates are not exempt. The exemption list covers SC, ST, PwBD, women, and eligible AAI apprentices only.

Bank transaction charges are borne by you. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert at prevailing exchange rates.
Can you apply for both Junior Executive (Law) and Manager (Law)?
Yes. Candidates can apply for multiple posts, subject to meeting each post's eligibility criteria. But you must complete a separate registration for each post and deposit the fee separately for each. One payment does not cover both.
