IIM Indore IPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2027 (Domestic & International Applicants)

The IPMAT selection process starts with meeting the eligibility criteria.

Here are the IPMAT eligibility criteria for 2027:

Age:

• General Category: Must be born on or after August 1, 2006.
• SC/ST/PwD Category: Must be born on or after August 1, 2001.

Qualifying Exam: Must have passed Standard XII/HSC or an equivalent examination in 2025 or 2027 or is appearing in 2027.

Standard X/SSC or Equivalent: Must have passed Standard X/SSC.

Valid SAT Score: Minimum score of 1300 out of 1600 in SAT (SAT score obtained from November 2025 to May 2027 will only be considered a valid score) [Only applicable to international candidates]

IIM Indore IPMAT Selection Process 2027 (Domestic Applicants)

The IPMAT Indore selection process differs for domestic and international applicants. We will discuss each below: 

Selection Process (Domestic Applicants) 

Seat Intake- 150

The selection process for IPMAT 2027 (Domestic Applicants) involves five stages, as explained below: 

The final scores will be calculated based on an aptitude test and a Personal Interview (PI).

Step 1: Registration

• You must keep scanned copies of the required documents when filling out the form.
• You can apply for the exam only if you fulfil the IPMAT eligibility criteria 2027 set by the exam-conducting body.
• The entire application process is done online only.
• The application fee is Rs. 4130 for the general category and Rs. 2605 for the SC/ST/PwD category.

Step 2: IPM AT 2027 Exam 

• You will be called to appear for the Aptitude Test, the second stage of the IPMAT selection process. 
• The IIM IPM Aptitude Test is conducted across 36 cities in India.

Step 3: Selection of Eligible Candidates for Personal Interview

• The Admissions Committee will decide the minimum cut-off marks in each section.
• The minimum cut-off marks for each section will be determined by your category.

Step 4: Personal Interview (Online/Offline)

• After you have cleared all three sectional cutoffs, you will qualify for the personal interview (PI) in the fourth stage of the IPMAT selection process.
• The Admissions Committee will decide the minimum cut-off marks in each section. Each section's IPMAT minimum cut-off marks will be based on your category.
• You will only be called for a personal interview if you meet all the sectional cutoffs; missing even one will not get you a call.

Step 5: Merit List Generation & Final Selection 

• The final Merit List will be generated based on the composite Aptitude Test Score (ATS) and Personal Interview (PI) scores.
• The Composite Score (CS) is calculated by summing the Aptitude Test Score (ATS), which constitutes 65%, and the Personal Interview (PI) score, which constitutes 35%.
• Provisional admission offers will be made in accordance with the Government of India reservation norms.

IIM Indore IPMAT Selection Process 2027 (International Applicants)

Suppose you apply to the five-year IPM of IIM Indore as an international applicant. Most of the procedures for you will be the same as for a domestic applicant.

However, the additional steps required are listed below.

In that case, you will be selected based on your:

• Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) Test score
• Personal Interview (PI) performance

You shall not be considered for the final selection if you fail to appear in SAT or PI.

Step 1: Application Procedure & Eligibility Criteria 

• The first stage of the IPMAT selection process is the registration phase, during which you must submit your application form on or before the specified deadline.
•  Submit the online application form only if you satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria.
• Go through the IPMAT syllabus 2027 & exam pattern to understand the exam requirements. 

Step 2: Personal Interview

• You will be shortlisted for the next round of the selection process based on the merit list generated using the SAT score. 
• If you do not meet the minimum performance in any of the PI parameters, you will not be considered for the next stage of the selection process.

You will be selected for the final admission process only if you qualify in all the stages that are mentioned below:

Stage I: Online Registration

• Interested applicants who fulfil the above-mentioned eligibility criteria will complete the registration form, which aims to assess their academic and extracurricular proficiency.
• The eligible applicants will pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 4175/- (Four Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five Only)

Stage II: IPM Aptitude Test (IPM AT 2027)

All interested applicants will undergo IIM Rohtak’s IPM Aptitude Test, which will assess their aptitude, logical reasoning, and English proficiency.

Stage III: Online Personal Interview (PI)

• The shortlisting will be based on the IPM AT 2027 scores.
• The candidates will be evaluated during the interview on their academic background, general knowledge, and communication skills.

Stage IV: Announcement of Selection List and Offer Acceptance

• The final Merit List will be generated based on the composite IPM AT scores, Past Academics, and Personal Interviews.
• The Merit/rank List will be announced by the first week of July, and Offer Letters will be sent to the selected candidates.

Stage V: Provisional Admission to IPM 06 (2027-31)

IIM Ranchi IPMAT Selection Process 2027

The IPM Program at Ranchi is a full-time five-year blended course of business studies from the undergraduate to the postgraduate level. 

At the end of the five-year program, you will be awarded a Master of Business Administration (Integrated BBA-MBA) degree.

The seat intake at IIM Ranchi would be around 120 for the IPM program.

IIM IPM Admissions 2027 Ranchi Selection Process

You will get admission based on IPMAT (IIM Indore) exam scores.

Stage 1: Appearing for IPMAT Indore, students who clear the test will be selected for the IPM Ranchi program. 

Stage 2: The shortlisted students will be called for the offline Personal Interviews (PI). The shortlisting will be based on the IPMAT Indore 2027 scores.

Step 3: Final Merit List: This list combines your:

JIPMAT Selection Process 2027

For JIPMAT Admission to the IPM program, you need to qualify for the entrance exam.

The institute will offer around 260 seats for the IPM program.

IIM Jammu Selection Process 2027

• Stage 1: The Joint Integrated Program in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
• Stage 2: The Merit list will be prepared based on the JIPMAT Score and gender diversity.
