3. No Prior Experience Required 

While you need 3 years of practice to appear in the judiciary exams, Rajasthan APO eligibility criteria are quite simple and straightforward.  

As per the official RPSC APO Notification 2026, the eligibility criteria are:  

• Educational Qualification: A Degree in Law (Professional) or an Integrated Law Course from a University established by law in India  
• Language Requirement: Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script, and knowledge of Rajasthani dialects and social customs of Rajasthan  
• Age: 21 to 40 years as on 1st January 2027 (relaxations applicable for reserved categories as per State Government rules)  
• Prior Work Experience: Not mandatory  

Note: Only candidates who have attained their law degree by the last date of application can apply. There is no provision for final-year-law students.
