• The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has made the NIFT 2024 application form available on its website, https://nift.ac.in.
• Regular NIFT 2024 registration has been closed. The authorities have begun NIFT Registrations with late fees from yesterday so that applicants can register themselves by paying the late fees of UCEED registration.
• Applicants can register themselves between January 4 and January 8, 2024 with a late fee of Rs. 5000.

How to fill out the NIFT Application Form 2024?

You can complete the NIFT Registration Form 2024 online from the official website. You must make sure to fill out the online form on or before the last date. Gear up your NIFT preparations by knowing the essential topics for NIFT Exam 2024. 

• Visit the official website of NIFT, i.e. www.nift.ac.in and click on the "Fresh candidates to Login" tab.
• Enter details like Name, Date of birth, Category, and E-mail ID  to create your NIFT login ID. Click on the "Submit" button.
• Upon successful NIFT 2024 exam registration, your login credentials will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
• Log in using your E-mail ID and DOB to fill up NIFT Registration Form
• Enter relevant details like NIFT exam centre preference, parent's, gender, nationality, academic details, address, and contact information.
• You need to upload photographs as well as the signature on the NIFT entrance exam application form. 
• Make the NIFT registration fee payment via online or offline mode. 
• Once the NIFT application form has been filled out, you can take a copy of it and keep it safe for future use. If you are paying the NIFT application form fees by DD, then you need to send a copy of the application form of NIFT 2024 with the DD.

NIFT Application Fee 2024

You can pay your application fee for the NIFT entrance exam online (using a Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking) or by Demand Draft (DD).

• The  Application fee for General/OBC-NCL candidates is INR Rs. 3000
• The Application fee for SC/ST and PWD candidates is INR 1500.

Documents Required to Fill NIFT Application Form 2024

You need to have the below-mentioned documents in hand before proceeding with the Application Form for NIFT Exam 2024. List of the documents required for NIFT application form is as follows:

• Valid E-mail ID (the e-mail should be valid for at least one year)
• Scanned image of photo
• Scanned image of the signature
• Demand Draft of the requisite amount as per category
• Caste / Tribe/ Class certificate (for SC / ST/ OBC candidate) as applicable

Photograph

• The photograph should be coloured and taken in a professional studio only
• The background of the photo must be white
• The facial features of the photo should occupy 80% of the photo
• The main parts of the photo should not be covered with hair, cloth, or shadow
• Forehead, chin, both eyes, lips, cheeks, the nose should be visible 
• You should not have spectacles or glare-on glasses in your photo

Signature

• The signature should be done in black colour only
• The signature should be written on a white background
• The mobile phone photographs of signatures are not acceptable

NIFT Application Form Correction 2024

You can edit/update the application form for NIFT 2024 within the window of 10 January to 12 January, 2024 if you have made mistakes while filling out the NIFT 2024 registration form.

• No changes or modifications in the NIFT entrance exam registration form will be accepted once you have paid your NIFT application fee.
• Test cities, once entered, cannot be changed even in the application correction window.
• If any NIFT online application form is found to be incomplete or incorrect after the correction window ends, then the NIFT application fee paid by such candidates will not be refunded.
