Eligibility criteria for the Andhra Pradesh Common Law Entrance Test are as follows:

For 5-Year LL.B. Program:

• Candidates must have passed the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent.
• Minimum qualifying marks:
  • General category: 45%
  • BC category: 42%
  • SC/ST category: 40%
• Marginal percentages of 44.5% (General), 41.5% (BC), and 39.5% (SC/ST) are rounded up.

For 3-Year LL.B. Program:

• Candidates should have passed their graduation exam in any discipline in (10+2+3) format. 
• They must have scored a minimum of 45% in their graduation exams. 
• If candidates have less than 45% marks in their (10+2) exams, they must have an additional graduation or postgraduate degree with a minimum of 45%.
• They must have Indian citizenship.
• Candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must score a minimum of 40% on the AP LAWCET exam to be admitted to a 3-year LLB course.
