  • Definition of Foreign Nationals: The candidates who possess citizenship of a country other than India and hold a valid passport.
  • Definition of Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)/ Person of Indian Origin (PIO): As notified by the Govt. of India.

How many seats are available for the AILET PG 2026 program?

Total AILET PG Seats: 70+10 (70 seats on AILET PG merit; 5 seats each for Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO for direct admission on merit). Foreign Nationals/OCI/PIO are exempted from AILET.

Additional Supernumerary Seats: One seat for Kashmiri Migrants

The online application process is a four-step process-

  1. Visit the official website of National Law University, Delhi.
  2. Look for the AILET 2026 Admit Card link on the homepage and click on it.
  3. You will be redirected to the login page.
  4. Enter your login credentials - application number and date of birth/password.
  5. Click on the Submit "button.
  6. Your AILET PG 2026 Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.
