(7) साक्षियों के कथन पूर्णता में पढ़े जाने चाहिए शब्दों और वाक्यों को अलग कर विलगता से नहीं पढ़ा जा सकता।
(8) पहचान परेड परीक्षा में भाग लेने से इनकार करना अभियुक्त के दोषी अन्तःकरण को स्थापित करता है और इस तथ्य को सारवान महत्व दिया जाना चाहिए।
