Christ University Entrance Test 2026 Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible for the exam only if you satisfy the eligibility criteria set by the exam conducting body. The Christ University eligibility criteria for admission into the university are explained below:

Educational Requirements: The general category students must have scored at least 50% marks, while those in the SC/ST category must have scored at least 45% in the Class 12 examination.
Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for the CUET UG exam
Attempt Limit:  There is no such CUET attempt limit.

Eligibility Criteria for Foreign Category 

• You are eligible under this category if your parents are outside India (except Nepal) on a work permit or a resident permit.
• Indian citizens are not financed by any Institution/agency outside India, even if their parents are Residents of India.
• If you are an Indian citizen but have pursued studies to qualify for the examination in any foreign / Indian syllabi outside India, you can apply for the exam.

Eligibility Criteria for International Students - Foreign Citizens, PIO cardholders, and OCI cardholders

• International aspirants coming from non-English-speaking countries should produce evidence of passing the qualifying examination in English or have IELTS 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213, or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores.
• If you are above pre-qualification, you must enroll either for the Intensive Certificate course in English or a One Semester Certificate course.
